Shipping & Returns

We have a daily pick-up (Monday through Friday) at 3pm Central Time. In stock orders placed before noon are generally shipped the same day to the 48 U.S. States.

Hawaii, Alaska and Outside U.S.A. Shipments:

Shipments outside the continental 48 U.S. States are shipped by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (HI & AK) or U.S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail (Canada and other countries outside of the United States) within 24 hours.

Returning Merchandise:

Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus any express shipping where applicable. Custom products (made to your requested specifications or measurements for custom fit) are not returnable, all sales final. Express shipping is Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and other overnight or express shipping services that may have been requested by you. Ground shipping is free when order is $299 or more. If your order was shipped by UPS Ground any return is subject only to the 15% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 30 days.

Damaged Merchandise:

Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.

Warranty Claims:

If you have a CaluTech manufactured product that has failed, and is under warranty, contact us to begin the claim process for repair, or replacement if deemed necessary by CaluTech.

Non-Delivery

If the item was never delivered we will verify status through the shipment tracking number. If the tracking number shows delivery we will not refund the order total or offer a replacement. For further information on this policy please review our Terms & Conditions.
