products carry a return policy of 10 days
from delivery date. After you receive your
item, if you discover the item will not
work in your home (rare) or for whatever
reason you need to return it just follow
these guidelines:

THE WORDS: RETURN
CLAIM IN THE SUBJECT LINE AND EMAIL
US THE SERIAL NUMBER (bar code number on
your unit), YOUR LAST NAME (OR COMPANY NAME)
AND YOUR CONTACT PHONE NUMBER.

RECEIVED THEM, IN THE PROTECTIVE TUBE SO
THEY ARE NOT DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.
ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT WE WILL INSPECT
IT TO VERIFY EVERYTHING IS IN PLACE. THE
PRODUCT CANNOT BE A USED PRODUCT. IF THE
PRODUCT HAS BEEN USED OR INSTALLED THE AMOUNT
OF CREDIT WILL BE REDUCED AS FAIR MARKET
VALUE IS CALCULATED. IF THE PRODUCT HAS
NOT BEEN USED AND IS STILL IN BRAND NEW
CONDITION (IN THE PACKAGING) A FULL CREDIT
WILL BE ISSUED LESS A 5% RESTOCKING FEE
WHICH COVERS THE RESTOCKING OF THE PRODUCT
IN THE WAREHOUSE, THE READDITION TO THE
INVENTORY SYSTEM, AND THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING
& HANDLING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE
ORIGINAL ORDER. THE REMAINING CREDIT WILL
BE CREDITED BACK TO THE CARD USED FOR THE
ORIGINAL ORDER. IF PAYMENT WAS CASH OR CHECK
THE REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IN THAT MANNER.
